- 1 liter of water;
- 350 grams of sugar;
- 150 grams of salt;
- 400 ml of vegetable oil;
- 6 cloves of garlic;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar;
- 3 leaves of lavrushka;
- 1 bunch of parsley / dill;
- 5 kg of sweet pepper.
Cooking method:
- Peel the garlic and cut into thin rings, finely chop the herbs.
- Pour water into a saucepan, add all ingredients except pepper, bring to a boil.
- Wash the pepper, remove the stalks and core with seeds, divide into slices.
- Dip them in boiling brine, boil for five minutes, periodically turn the slices.
- With kitchen tongs, spread the strips of pepper in pasteurized jars, fill to the top, do not tamp.
- Pour with brine, twist, leave at room temperature for a day.

Bulgarian pepper with vegetables
Prepare the following ingredients:
- tomatoes, carrots, onions - 1 kg each;
- sweet pepper - 3 kg;

Ingredients:
- 4 kg of pepper;
- 500 grams of tomatoes;
- 3 onions;
- 1 bay leaf per jar;
- 3 liters of apple juice;
- 1 bunch of green parsley
- garlic, salt, refined sugar.
Step by step:
- Wash the pepper, remove the seed stalk, make several punctures in each fruit with a toothpick.
- Peel the garlic, rinse, put 5-6 cloves in each pepper.
- Wash the tomatoes, divide into halves, close each fruit like a lid with one half of a tomato.
- Put the semi-finished product in sterile jars without pressing the peppers hard. Fill the top of the jar with the remaining halves of the tomatoes.
- Boil water and pour in the prepared conservation, cover with lids, leave until the water cools completely.
- Put apple juice, salt, spices, herbs in a saucepan, let it boil, remove the foam.
- Free the jars from the liquid (just drain into a separate bowl), pour in boiling juice with spices, roll up, turn over to the lids and leave for a day. Wrap up with a warm blanket.
You will get an interesting snack pepper that goes well with any meat.
Hot seasoning from a mixture of peppers
Prepare the following ingredients:
- Bulgarian pepper - 3 kg;
- red hot pepper - 1000 g;
- garlic - 1 head;
- essence - 1 teaspoon per liter of liquid;
- salt, sugar, lavrushka, coriander - to taste.
Step by step:
- First you need to prepare hot peppers. Wash it, cut off the cap, divide it into two parts, remove the core and all the seeds. Divide into several parts. Work with gloves.
- Do the same with bell peppers, but without gloves. Peel and cut the garlic with plastics in advance.
- Put the cloves of garlic on the bottom of the jar, then pour the mixture of peppers with boiling water, leave on the table for 2 hours. After the time has elapsed, drain the water into a measuring container, pour into a saucepan.

Products:
- 4 kg of bell pepper;
- 2 liters of clean water;
- 400 grams of sugar;
- 400 ml of vegetable oil;
- 4 st. spoons of salt and natural honey;
- 300 ml vinegar;
- 2 cloves of garlic.
Step by step guide:
- Prepare vegetables. Wash, towel dry, remove contents, cut into slices.
- Pour water into a high saucepan, add all bulk and liquid products.
- After the brine has boiled, lower the prepared plastics and cook over high heat for 15 minutes.
- Pour in vinegar, squeeze the garlic through a press, cook for three minutes.
- Divide the workpiece into sterilized jars, roll it up.
- Withstand the wrapped twist for a couple of days, rearrange to a cool place.

- unflavored oil - 500 ml;

- garlic - 1 head;
- hot pepper - ½ pod;

- salt - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- parsley - 1 bunch;
- vinegar essence - 2 tsp.
How to cook:
