Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of water;
  • 350 grams of sugar;
  • 150 grams of salt;
  • 400 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 6 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar;
  • 3 leaves of lavrushka;
  • 1 bunch of parsley / dill;
  • 5 kg of sweet pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the garlic and cut into thin rings, finely chop the herbs.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan, add all ingredients except pepper, bring to a boil.
  3. Wash the pepper, remove the stalks and core with seeds, divide into slices.
  4. Dip them in boiling brine, boil for five minutes, periodically turn the slices.
  5. With kitchen tongs, spread the strips of pepper in pasteurized jars, fill to the top, do not tamp.
  6. Pour with brine, twist, leave at room temperature for a day.

  6. Put apple juice, salt, spices, herbs in a saucepan, let it boil, remove the foam.
  7. Free the jars from the liquid (just drain into a separate bowl), pour in boiling juice with spices, roll up, turn over to the lids and leave for a day. Wrap up with a warm blanket.

Prepare the following ingredients:

  • Bulgarian pepper - 3 kg;
  • red hot pepper - 1000 g;
  • garlic - 1 head;
