After that, chop the tomato into half rings, and chop the garlic finely - finely chop with a knife, try not to finely.

Put the cauldron on the fire. Pour vegetable oil into it, heat well. Next, lay out the beef, fry it until golden brown, often trying to stir. Fry for twenty minutes. Then add the onion to the cauldron, move with the meat and fry everything together for another 10 minutes. Then pour the carrots and green radish into the cauldron, again for 10 minutes.
