Sandwiches are probably the simplest and most attractive food for both kids and adults. And if you take a creative approach to the process and create some cartoon characters or insects out of an ordinary sandwich, then such bread squares with filling will scatter with a bang.

Advice: if a very small cook is planned to be involved in the preparation of the dish - 3 - 4 years old, then, of course, it is better for mom to take care of cutting some products in advance so that the baby is not endangered, and together it is just to put together a fabulous sandwich.

Foods needed for 4 servings:

  • bread - 4 slices;
  • boiled sausage or carbonate - 100 grams;
  • processed cheese in slices - 1 package;
  • lettuce leaves - 1 bunch;
  • mayonnaise or any ketchup - 50 grams;
  • olives - several pieces for decoration;

Step by step cooking:

Instead of protein cream, you can pour melted chocolate or whipped cream on the surface of the dessert, the powder will adhere well to any glaze.

Classic fruit salad with yoghurt

You can use absolutely any fruit in this recipe - your favorite or those on hand, fresh or canned - the perfect light dessert, low in calories.

Possible Ingredients:

  • apples - 1 piece;
  • pear - 1 piece;
  • banana - 1 piece;
  • kiwi - 1 piece;
  • canned or fresh peaches - 4 small halves;
  • seedless grapes - 100 grams;
  • low-fat yogurt, preferably without flavors - 200 ml;

The only thing that should be prepared in advance, preferably for an adult, is the meat component, but it will be quite possible to replace the minced meat with any meat product from the store - sausage, ham, carbonate, etc.

For pizza, you will need the following products:

  • minced chicken or sausage / carbonate / ham - 0.5 kg;
  • store-bought puff pastry, yeast is better - 1 pack;
  • canned green peas - 1 can;
  • hard cheese - 500 grams;
  • tomatoes - 2 pieces;
  • ketchup or tomato paste - 150 grams;
  • pitted olives - 1 can;
  • green onions - several branches;
  • flour - sprinkle on the dough;
  • butter - 15 grams;
  • salt to taste.

Step-by-step cooking:

  1. If minced meat is chosen for the filling, then it must be fried in a non-stick frying pan greased with a small amount of vegetable oil until tender. If it is sausage or other ready-made meat products, then cut them into small cubes.
  2. The finished dough should be lightly rolled with a rolling pin on a cutting board with the addition of a small amount of flour, but if the child prepares himself, then you can distribute the dough over the entire mold with your hands, leaving high edges so that the filling does not flow out. The form must first be greased with a piece of butter.
  3. Grease the finished base with ketchup or tomato paste and start spreading the filling.
  4. The bottom layer is peas, then lay out the meat layer - minced meat or sausage, a layer of tomatoes cut into slices, then olive rings, chopped green onions and hard cheese grated on a coarse grater.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the collected pizza to the oven for 15 - 20 minutes. During this time, the dough should have time to bake, and the cheese should melt appetizingly and form a golden crust.
