Lagman is an insanely tasty dish that requires some time to prepare. But it's worth it, because its taste is unlike anything else.
It is necessary
- - 800 g of vermicelli;
- - 700 g of beef;
- - 2 large onions;
- - 2-3 carrots;
- - 3-4 tomatoes;
- - 4-5 potatoes;
- - 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - herbs to taste (dill, parsley, basil and rosemary).
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onions finely and fry them in vegetable oil. The color of the finished onion should be transparent. Cut the meat into small pieces across the grain and add to a saucepan. Fry the meat until dark brown.
Step 2
While the meat is browning, peel and chop the carrots into strips. Throw carrots to fry with meat. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to meat and vegetables. Pour the entire contents of a saucepan with water and simmer over low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cover with a lid. Cook the dish for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Next, peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Add it to a saucepan and cook until tender. Sprinkle chopped herbs on top of the dish. Remove the saucepan from the heat and close the lid. The dish should be infused for at least another 10 minutes.
Step 4
In the meantime, it is infused, boil the vermicelli in salted water. When the vermicelli is ready, drain the water from the pan and discard the vermicelli in a colander. Rinse it under water and place it on the bottom of each plate. Pour lagman on top of the noodles and serve.
