Cheese, chicken and mushrooms are a combination that you can experiment with in different forms by adding a variety of sauces or marinades. One of the simple recipes is chicken breasts marinated in honey and mustard, baked with mushrooms and cheese. A quick and delicious meal for the whole family.
It is necessary
- - 3 chicken breasts (6 fillets);
- - 60 ml of honey and mustard;
- - 2 teaspoons of lemon juice;
- - 12 plastics of bacon;
- - 200 gr. champignons;
- - 150 gr. cheese;
- - a spoonful of dried parsley, paprika, pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix honey, lemon juice and mustard. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
Step 2
Lightly fry the bacon in a frying pan. After that, the chicken until half cooked - 5 minutes on each side.
Step 3
In the same frying pan, fry mushrooms cut into plastics with a little salt.
Step 4
Sprinkle the mold with oil, lay out the chicken and sprinkle with pepper, salt and paprika. For each piece of chicken, put 2 pieces of bacon.

Add champignons. Sprinkle everything generously with cheese and parsley.
Step 6
We bake in the oven (175C) for 20-25 minutes. Serve with any side dish to taste.
