It will take just over half an hour to prepare the stuffed chicken breast, but the dish will turn out to be very tasty, satisfying and healthy.
It is necessary
- - 1 chicken breast;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - salt and pepper;
- - a handful of fresh spinach;
- - 3 dried tomatoes;
- - 220 gr. feta cheese;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C. Put the foil into the mold, grease it with a little olive oil.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into 2 halves, make a small pocket in each half with a sharp knife. Rub the chicken with lemon juice, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the spinach on it so that it softens a little. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes. In a bowl, mix spinach, feta and chopped dried tomatoes. Stuff the chicken with this filling, close the pockets with toothpicks.
Step 4
Fry the stuffed chicken on all sides until golden brown and put in a mold. We bake for 20-25 minutes, remove the toothpicks and serve!
