Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onion and bell peppers. Fry the onion and pepper for 15 minutes along with the lemon zest. For frying, take half the butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Make an incision in the thickened part of each fillet to form a pocket. Arrange the onions and peppers in the fillet pockets. Fasten them with wooden toothpicks. Fry the fillets in the remaining butter until golden brown.

Add broth to the fillet and simmer the fillet until tender. Remove the fillets from the pan. Boil the broth in a frying pan until the volume is reduced to half. Pour in the cream, heat, salt and pepper.
