Sometimes circumstances develop in such a way that it is necessary to whip up some extraordinary dish in order to treat and at the same time surprise unexpected guests. Baked potatoes with mushrooms may well become such a dish. It can act both as a side dish and as a main treat. Its advantage is that it is even tastier when cooled. This dish can be cooked in the oven, grill or microwave.

It is necessary

    • For baked potatoes with mushrooms in the oven:
    • 1 kg of potatoes;
    • 2 processed cheese;
    • large onion;
    • 300 g champignons;
    • egg;
    • 10 g of vegetable oil;
    • spices and salt.
    • For baked potatoes with mushrooms in the microwave:
    • 250 g of any mushrooms;
    • 1 kg of potatoes;
    • 100 g of hard cheese;
    • 10 g of vegetable oil;
    • 50 g cream;
    • a bunch of parsley;
    • salt and black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Boil in salted water until half cooked. Cut fresh mushrooms into thin slices. Chop the onion finely.

Step 2

Heat oil in a skillet and sauté onion until soft. Place it on a plate. Fry the mushrooms in a pan until the liquid evaporates from them. Add a bow to these. Stir everything, then pepper and salt.

Take the foil and place it on the bottom of the container in which the dish will be baked. Lubricate the foil with vegetable oil and place the potatoes on top of it. Place the fried mushrooms with onions on top.

Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater. Beat the egg and stir in the cheese. Cover the potatoes with mushrooms with this mixture.

Place the dish with the dish in an oven preheated to 250 degrees and bake until golden brown. Cover the finished dish with a lid or foil on top and let it brew for 20 minutes. Then serve.

Try baked mushroom potatoes in the microwave. To do this, rinse the potatoes thoroughly and boil them directly in the skins in salted water.

Chop the mushrooms and fry them in hot oil. For this dish, you can take absolutely any mushrooms, but oyster mushrooms are best suited. For piquancy, you can add chopped garlic cloves to them.

Cool the boiled potatoes and cut them in half. Use a teaspoon to make a depression in the halves and carefully remove the pulp. Cut it into small cubes.

Step 9

Grate the cheese, mix it with cream and fried mushrooms. Use high-fat cream (at least 35%). Fill the potato halves with this mixture. Do not forget to pepper and salt on top. Use a fork or wooden skewers to puncture the potatoes several times so that steam can escape freely.

Step 10

Place the potatoes in the microwave and turn on full power for 10 minutes. The cheese should melt and the potatoes should brown a little. Sprinkle chopped herbs over the baked mushroom potatoes and serve.
