Nutria in Polish

  • 500 gr. nutria meat,
  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • 2 onions,
  • 1 apple,
  • 50 gr. small gooseberries,
  • 1 glass of cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and cut the apple into slices, remove the tails from the gooseberries. Chop the meat, fry in a pan and put in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add nuts, onions, apples and gooseberries, add flour and cream. Close the lid and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.

  • 3 red onions,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro greens
  • 30 gr. tomato paste
  • 50 gr. butter,
  • 3 bay leaves,
  • ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel and chop the carrots coarsely. Chop the meat, put in a deep frying pan, season with salt and pepper, add onions, carrots, cilantro and tomato paste. Mix everything well and fry in oil. Boil the rice until half cooked, combine it with the contents of the pan, stir, put in a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour one glass of water, close the lid tightly and simmer for 45 minutes.
