Pineapple plus chicken

On the eve of the New Year, and not only, the recipe for a festive salad "Please to the table" may be useful. To prepare it you will need:

- chicken breasts in the amount of 300 g;

- canned pineapples 400 g;

- mayonnaise 4 tablespoons;

- pitted olives 1 can;

- prunes 200 g;

- walnuts 100 g

- lettuce, parsley, curry seasoning.

Food is prepared - chicken breasts are boiled and separated by hands into "strings", syrup is drained from pineapples and cut into smaller pieces, parsley is chopped, olives are cut into rings. The prunes are steamed to become soft, the walnuts are chopped with a knife - all the ingredients are mixed. The salad is seasoned with mayonnaise, curry is added to taste, laid out on a flat plate lined with lettuce leaves.

Royal salad

A combination of mushrooms and pineapples gives an exquisite taste, it is not for nothing that the salad is called "Tsarsky", because the royal cuisine is the height of grace. To prepare it, you need the following products: boiled chicken (250-300 g), fresh champignons (500 g), pineapples (1 can), dill greens. For the sauce you will need: mayonnaise and yogurt, 2 tablespoons each, 1 teaspoon mustard, ground black pepper.

Champignon caps are boiled in water acidified with vinegar or citric acid. Cut, mix with canned pineapples, cut into small pieces, add chicken meat, cut into cubes. For dressing, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, season with pepper. Season the salad and sprinkle with chopped dill on top.
