Step 1
First, hard-boiled eggs should be boiled, cooled and peeled.

While they are boiling, cut the chicken breast fillets into thin layers and fry on both sides in a frying pan preheated with oil. Allow to cool and cut across the fibers into small pieces.

Put all the ingredients in layers in a salad bowl of medium depth, covering each with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Chicken fillet comes first.

Then a layer of grated eggs, which we pour with two tablespoons of juice from a can of canned pineapples. This will keep the salad dry.
