This is a very quick and delicious homemade cheese recipe. It turns out rather soft, bland, easily cut into slices and spread on bread.
It is necessary
- - 250 ml sour cream 20% fat
- - 3 chicken eggs
- - 2 tsp salt
- - 1 liter of milk
- - green onions
- - a pinch of cumin
Instructions
Step 1
First, you need to put milk on the stove to boil, at the same time mix sour cream with salt and eggs in a separate saucepan.
Step 2
Chop the green onions finely.
Step 3
When the milk begins to boil, reduce the heat and pour the egg mixture into it in a small stream, while stirring the milk with a spoon.
Step 4
The mixture should be cooked over a low heat for about 5 minutes to separate the whey. At the end of cooking, add herbs and caraway seeds there.
Step 5
The mixture should be poured into a sieve lined with two layers of gauze.
Step 6
When all the whey is drained, the cheese must be put into a small cup, covered with gauze ends, and a load must be placed on top, for example, a jar of water.
Step 7
An hour later, when the cheese has completely cooled, it must be placed in the refrigerator.
Step 8
After 4 hours, the finished cheese can be removed from the mold.
