Delicate pancakes in water can be prepared with any filling, sweet or salty. You can simply dip them in jam or honey, sour cream or yogurt. Making pancakes is a piece of cake, they deserve to be on your table.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - water - 600 ml;
- - flour - 250 g;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - salt - ½ tsp;
- - soda - ½ tsp;
- - sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - olive or vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - citric acid - ½ tsp;
- - starch - 60 g.
- To grease the pan:
- - lard - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Drive three eggs into a bowl, add sugar, beat with a mixer until fluffy: add 500 ml of water, mix the olive oil well.
Step 2
Mix in another container 100 ml of water with citric acid.
Step 3
Mix flour, starch, salt, soda separately in a bowl. Add flour mixture to liquid ingredients.
Step 4
Knead the dough without lumps with a mixer. Let the dough steep for about 20 minutes. Then add water with dissolved citric acid, beat with a mixer for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Grease the pan with lard. Do not be alarmed, the bacon will not affect the taste of the pancakes in any way, they will not be greasy, but very tasty.
Step 6
Bake pancakes on both sides until browned. Put the finished pancakes on a dish and serve.
