Prepare a pancake pan. Opt for a cast iron skillet or a heavy-bottomed skillet. The sides of the pan should be low, then it will be more convenient for you to turn the pancakes. It is more convenient to pour the dough into a frying pan with a handle. If you don't have a handle, you can use a T-shaped wooden stick to distribute the dough in the pan.
