Do not think that pancakes are thin, cooked in water, not tasty. It is not difficult to prepare them, the main thing is to have a suitable frying pan and the simplest ingredients. Such pancakes can be stuffed with any filling.
It is necessary
- chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- granulated sugar - 1 tablespoon without a slide;
- salt - 0.5 tsp;
- wheat flour, premium grade - 4 tbsp. with a slide;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
- butter - 100 g;
- warm drinking water - 380 ml.
Instructions
Step 1
Break an egg into a deep bowl, add sugar, salt, flour and a spoonful of vegetable oil. Stir everything thoroughly. Add water at the temperature of fresh milk gradually. At the same time, stir the pancake mass in a bowl using a whisk. The pancake dough should turn out to be liquid, without lumps.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan over high heat. Brush with vegetable oil. Reduce heat slightly and pour the first pancake batter into the pan. When pouring, try to distribute the dough thinly and evenly by turning the pan.
Step 3
As soon as the liquid is baked in the pan, i.e. will take on a dense consistency, try turning the pancake half-cooked to the back side. After frying on both sides, remove to a dish, brush with melted butter.
