Maslenitsa is just around the corner, which means it's time to think about making pancakes - sweet, delicate and very tasty, which would suit everyone's taste.
It is necessary
- - Milk (fresh or yogurt) - 0.5 l;
- - Eggs - 3 pieces (or 4 if small);
- - Wheat flour - 1, 5 tbsp.;
- - Sugar - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
- - Vegetable oil (or melted butter) - 1-2 tbsp. spoons;
- - Salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and salt. Beat everything with a whisk until a thick white foam appears. Leave on for 5 minutes. Beat again.
Step 2
Pour wheat flour into the same bowl, mix well.
Step 3
Pour warm milk in a thin stream, breaking the lumps that appear (ideally, they should not be at all). Add oil. The result should be a dough similar in consistency to thick sour cream.
Step 4
Now you should take a frying pan, put it on gas and warm it up well. Brush with oil using a peeled and halved potato or a special brush.
Step 5
Tilt the pan slightly and pour a ladle of dough onto it so that it is evenly distributed in a thin layer over the entire pan. Put on baking gas. This should be done very quickly. Otherwise, the dough will stick to the pan and you will have to throw out the pancake.
Step 6
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown and transfer to a plate. Lubricate with oil. If desired, they can be stuffed with cottage cheese, fried minced meat, boiled and chopped mushrooms, and any other fillings.
