Asparagus is a very healthy gift from nature, which contains dietary fiber, numerous vitamins and minerals. It is a very low-calorie vegetable with healing properties. You can cook it in different ways, for example, bake it in bread crumbs.
It is necessary
- - a bunch of asparagus (at least 20 stalks);
- - breadcrumbs like Panko;
- - half a teaspoon of salt;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 spoons of water;
- - flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220C. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Fry the breadcrumbs in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 2
We transfer the bread crumbs to a plate, mix with salt. Beat eggs with water in a bowl.
Step 3
Roll the asparagus in flour, then in eggs and bread crumbs.
Step 4
We spread the asparagus stalks on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 10-12 minutes. The asparagus should be baked but still crispy. You can serve asparagus in breadcrumbs with any sauce.
