There are many recipes for pancakes in the world, and each housewife has her own favorite method. Pancake dough can be prepared on the basis of milk, kefir, water, whey, as well as with the addition of yeast. Thin lace pancakes with holes are considered one of the most preferred. But not everyone knows how to bake such products. In fact, there is nothing difficult about it. You just need to know a few secrets.
It is necessary
- - any kefir - 200 ml;
- - boiling water - 100 ml;
- - premium flour - 5 tbsp. l. with a slide;
- - chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- - sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - sugar - 1 tbsp. l. without a slide;
- - salt - 1/3 tsp;
- - soda - 1/3 tsp;
- - frying pan.
Instructions
Step 1
In order for the pancake dough to have the desired consistency, heat the kefir in a microwave oven or in a water bath - it must be warm. Pour it into a bowl. Then add the chicken egg, sugar and salt. Mix everything together well.
Step 2
Then add flour. It must be sifted. For ease of mixing, you can use the mixer at a low speed. Now pour boiling water into a separate bowl and dissolve soda in it. And then pour this solution into the dough, mix well and add sunflower oil. After that, leave the dough to brew for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Take a frying pan (it is better to use a cast iron pan or a special pancake pan), heat it up and brush with sunflower oil. You can also use a piece of bacon to grease the pan. While the skillet is heating, melt the butter in a small bowl and place it next to you.
Step 4
Put the dough in a ladle, pour it in the middle, and, turning the pan in different directions, distribute it over the entire surface. Bake the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Remove the finished product with a spatula or in any other convenient way, and then transfer to a separate large plate. While the next pancake is fried, brush the finished product with melted butter. Nuance: every time before filling the ladle, the dough must be stirred so that the flour does not settle to the bottom.

When all the pancakes are cooked, they can be immediately served with sour cream, condensed milk, sugar or jam. And also such pancakes can be filled with any filling - meat, boiled rice, ham with cheese, red caviar and so on.
