It would seem that the New Year has just ended, and Shrovetide will come very soon. And what a carnival holiday without pancakes? Many housewives dream of learning how to cook pancakes so that they are thin and with holes.
It is necessary
- - kefir 0.5 liters;

- - soda;
- - flour;
- - vegetable oil;

Instructions
Step 1
This recipe makes about 25 pieces of pancakes. We take a regular five-liter saucepan and break 2 raw chicken eggs into it. Stir well, using a whisk. It is not recommended to use a blender, otherwise the eggs will "beat" strongly.
Step 2
Add 0.5 liters of kefir to the stirred eggs and mix. Here you must add 1 teaspoon of salt without a slide and 1 teaspoon of baking soda, also without a slide. Mix everything.
Step 3
Pour 7 heaped tablespoons of flour into the mixture and mix the entire resulting mass well until the dough is thick, like on pancakes.
Step 4
Next is the most important stage. It is necessary to boil 0.5 liters of water and pour into the resulting mixture. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil there. Mix everything until smooth. The pancake dough is ready.
Step 5
We heat the pan for pancakes over low heat, having previously greased it with vegetable oil and wiped it with a paper napkin.
Pour the mixture into the pan with an ordinary ladle and fry the pancake on each side for 40-50 seconds. The finished pancake must be well greased with butter.
We stack the pancakes in a pile on top of each other and serve. Pancakes are thin, fragrant and with holes.
