A little liquor is poured into a cognac glass called a snifter and a couple of coffee beans are thrown into it. The snifter is then placed sideways on the whiskey glass.

The drink is poured into the lower glass and covered with the glass in which the drink was burning. At the same time, the flame goes out, and all anise vapors rise into the upper glass.

In advance, you need to prepare a napkin pierced with an ordinary plastic tube. After all the actions, we put the upper glass upside down on this very napkin.
Step 5
Sambuca needs to be drunk right away, and to the bottom. Without exhaling air, you need to draw in the anise vapor through the tube. At the same time, the drinker sneaks into tears.
