Water is an invaluable substance on which the quality of our life directly depends. The better the water quality, the healthier our body will be. But a person is so used to it that very often he simply does not pay his attention to how to drink it.
Imagine, but there is a huge difference in the amount of water drunk, in portions, and even in the time of consumption. Therefore, it is very important to know how to drink water correctly so that all its qualities have a beneficial effect on the human condition.
Let's take a look at the basic rules. The most important thing to learn is the amount of water you drink. Here you need to feel for yourself how much you need to drink. Scientists have calculated and given the norm - at least 2 liters per day. Naturally, these numbers are very individual, but they mean that you need to consume a lot of water. In winter, the body requires less fluid, in summer it is more, so do everything according to your well-being. But even in winter, you need to replenish your water balance.
What drink?
Juices, tea, kefir, compotes, drinks, alcohol and other well-known liquids contain the lion's share of water. But if you drank the juice, and you feel better, the body still strains and decomposes all the elements of this drink in order to ultimately get pure H2O. So it's best to drink clean, still water.
Many people are wondering how to properly drink water during exercise or dieting. And very often girls and women make a huge mistake - in order to lose weight, they try not only to limit themselves in the daily diet of food, but also try to use water to a minimum. It is not right!
The older a person is, the less he feels thirst. Water is essential for maintaining muscle tone, for supplying oxygen to the blood, for normal brain function and for smoothing out wrinkles on the skin. So you should always drink water.
