These documents include - a contract of sale, donation, equity participation in construction, documents on privatization, certificate of inheritance, etc. The certificate of ownership is a supporting document. Step 4
When concluding a lease agreement, you need to pay attention to several basic and mandatory provisions. The term of the contract, the cost of one square meter of the premises being leased, the conditions for paying utility bills, the possibility of increasing the rental rate, carrying out current and major repairs. It is important to provide for the possibility of: transferring the premises to sublease, early termination of the contract, the procedure and conditions for extending the lease term.
