The modern assortment of liqueurs is extremely diverse and rich - most often they are an excellent addition to coffee, tea or ice cream. They are served exclusively at room temperature and in wine glasses, glasses or shot glasses, which are intended only for this sweet drink.
Instructions
Step 1
To serve liqueurs for coffee or tea, a special liqueur glass is traditionally used in the form of a bowl on a long leg, the capacity of which is 25 ml. Wine glasses and liquor glasses differ in shape - for example, a liquor glass has a narrower edge, while a liquor glass is much lower than a glass. For liqueur, you need a glass with a large glass diameter - in such a container, the aroma of the drink will reveal more fully and faster.
Step 2
The liqueur glasses were created specifically for this sweet alcoholic beverage. They have an attractive appearance and high quality processing. Most of all in liqueur glasses they appreciate their gracefully curved glass shape and the ability to fully reveal the unique aroma of high-quality liqueur. A drink in beautiful glasses is usually served on a festive table when receiving guests, but they are perfect for a romantic evening for two. Liqueurs are most often served with coffee in glasses or liqueur glasses.
Step 3
Wine glasses and glasses for serving liqueur have different volumes - for example, for dessert with ice cream or coffee, you can buy wine glasses with a capacity of 70, 80 or 140 ml. They should be chosen based on the strength of the preferred liqueur - the more alcohol it contains, the less should be the volume of the dishes in which it will be served. For soft and sweet dessert liqueurs, it is better to choose large wine glasses, in which the drink will gradually heat up and maximize its true taste, while allowing you to enjoy its aroma.
Step 4
The most suitable glasses for liquor are Bohemian glassware. Fragile, transparent and refined wine glasses on a long crystal stem perfectly convey the rich color of liqueur drinks, decorating any festive table with their cut, the finest painting and iridescent edges of genuine Czech glass. These liqueur glasses with clear shapes and beautiful noble curves are the hallmark of many elite restaurants, since in them the liqueur takes on completely different shades - both in appearance and in taste.
