It is necessary

  • - flour - 260 g (2 cups);
  • - sugar - 180 g (1 glass);
  • - chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • - butter - 180-200 g (1 package);
  • - cottage cheese with a fat content of 9% - 0.5 kg;
  • - vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • - baking powder - 1 sachet;
  • - baking dish.

Instructions

Step 1

Chill the butter well before cooking until it is firm enough. If the oil is soft, it can be placed in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and it will harden. After that, grate the product on a coarse grater and transfer to a deep bowl.

Step 2

Sift flour into a bowl and mix with baking powder and vanilla. And then put this mixture in a bowl with the grated butter and add half a glass of sugar. Mash everything with a fork or with your hands until a homogeneous mass is formed in the form of an oily flour crumb.

Step 3

To make the baking as tender as possible, cottage cheese, if it is lumpy, can first be grated through a sieve or mixed with a submersible blender. Break the eggs into a separate bowl and beat them with the remaining half glass of granulated sugar. You can use a mixer, whisk, or just a fork. Add curd and stir well.

Step 4

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. While it is warming up, we will assemble our product. Grease a baking dish with any oil and pour half of the butter-flour crumbs into it, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. Put the curd mass in the second layer and level it. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs on top.

Step 5

Send the mold to the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove the finished "Royal" cheesecake from the oven. After 10-15 minutes, the pastries can be transferred to a dish, cut into pieces and served with freshly brewed tea or coffee.
