At home, pollock should be cleaned of all that is superfluous: the ridge, large bones and the head, if any. Then cut into portions and wash.

Beat eggs with a little salt in a separate plate. Add seasoning and black pepper. Mix well. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Then beat well again.

Pour flour into another plate. Breadcrumbs can be used instead, if desired. In this case, the finished fish will be more crispy.

Pour oil into the pan, wait until it warms up well. It should boil a little so that the fish does not stick to the pan.
