Glazed chicken wings are a great addition to any side dish, as well as a delicious stand-alone dish. Glazed chicken wings are especially tasty with sweet and sour or hot sauce.

It is necessary
- - 1.5 kg of chicken wings;
- - 2 tbsp. ketchup (you can use tomato paste);
- - 1/2 cup honey;
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- - 2 tbsp. starch (it is better to use corn);
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - seasonings to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
In one small saucepan, combine ketchup, honey, vegetable oil, starch and minced garlic. Put the resulting mixture on fire and bring to a boil. Once the sauce has boiled, reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Wash chicken wings, dry with a napkin and divide into phalanges. The outermost phalanx is practically meatless and can be cut off and not used in cooking. Place the cut wings in a baking dish and carefully pour over the warm sauce.
Step 3
Bake the wings in the sauce in the oven at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Glazed wings are slightly crispy and melt in your mouth. The dish can be served at the table.
