It's no secret that chicken is a great salad ingredient. And indeed it is. Vegetable salad with chicken turns out to be not only very tasty, but also healthy. It can be included in the diet of various diets, because it contains not only fiber, but also protein and healthy fat.
It is necessary
- - 250 g chicken breast
- - 3 tomatoes
- - 2 bulgarian peppers
- - 1 onion
- - 2 pickled or pickled cucumbers
- - 2 handfuls of bread crumbs
- - 1 bunch of lettuce leaves
- - 1 bunch of dill
- - 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
- - 1 tsp. mustard
- - 1 tsp. lemon juice
- - 1 tsp. curry
- - 1 tsp paprika
- - 0.5 tsp provencal herbs
- - pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet, put in a saucepan and cover with water, boil the chicken, but do not forget to salt it 7 minutes before it is ready. Place the finished fillets on a paper towel to remove excess liquid. Cut the boiled pulp into small pieces.
Step 2
Pour 2 tbsp into the pan. l. olive oil, heat it up. In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp. l. olive oil with paprika, cherry and Provencal herbs, put the chicken in this bowl, dip it well. Put pieces of chicken fillet in a pan and fry for 2-3 minutes to form a beautiful golden brown crust.
Step 3
Peel the onions, bell peppers, rinse them in cool water, cut into strips. Cut the pickles into strips, and rinse and cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Combine chicken and all vegetables, stir and season with sauce, stir well again. Rinse the parsley, chop, sprinkle on the salad. A healthy vegetable salad with chicken is ready, you can serve it to the table.
