- - instant coffee
- - a cup
- - tea spoon
- - granulated sugar
- - boiling water
- - cinnamon

Step 1
Pour two heaped teaspoons of good quality instant freeze-dried coffee into a cup.
Step 2
Then pour about the same amount of granulated sugar into the same cup.
Step 3
Add one teaspoon of freshly boiled water there. Take your time to pour water! If the mass turns out to be completely liquid, the conceived drink will not work, and if it is dry, then you can always add water. In a cup, you should get a mass of coffee, sugar and water of the consistency of sour cream.
Step 4
Now we take a teaspoon and beat the resulting mass with it. We stir vigorously for 2-3 minutes. The mass should lighten noticeably.
Step 5
Pour 200 ml of boiling water into the resulting mixture. The top can be lightly sprinkled with cinnamon as you wish. The frothy coffee is ready!
