Muffins are a tiny treat that fits in the palm of your hand. These small muffins are made with a variety of berries and fruits. With kiwi, they are very exotic, tasty and aromatic.
It is necessary
- - 350 g flour;
- - 170 g sugar;
- - 120 g kiwi;
- - 120 ml of milk;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 tbsp. baking powder spoon;
- - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, salt;
- - butter, flour for dusting.
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-turn on to preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Grease 12 muffin tins with butter and a little flour. You can make it easier to prepare the molds - just line them with paper cupcake holders.
Step 3
Combine milk with egg and olive oil. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and 120 g sugar separately.
Step 4
Put the flour mixture into the milk mixture, mix. Peel the kiwi, cut into small cubes, put in the dough, stir with a spoon, being careful not to knead the dough.
Step 5
Divide the finished dough into the tins, half full. Sprinkle it with sugar and cinnamon and place on a baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake muffins at the specified temperature for 25 minutes. Check doneness with a dry wooden stick.
Step 7
Remove the finished muffins from the oven, let them rest for 5 minutes at room temperature, then remove the baked goods from the molds and serve.
