- - 500 grams of pork
- - 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- - 2 tomatoes
- - 250 grams of fresh mushrooms
- - 1 tablespoon flour
- - 1 egg
- - 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream
- - salt pepper

Step 1
Rinse the meat thoroughly in cold water, it is advisable, of course, to dry it thoroughly, and only then cut into cubes and fry in oil.
Step 2
Add finely-finely chopped tomatoes and onions to the meat, let it all be fried together.

When the meat changes color from pink to brown, place green bean pods, stripped of veins, cut in half, to it.

Pour all this with hot water, pepper, salt.

Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

Process the mushrooms: rinse, dry, cut and simmer for a few minutes.

Add an egg, tomato paste to the mushrooms, lightly sprinkle it all with flour, pour sour cream, then stew a little more.

Next, mix the mushrooms with beans, put the resulting mass in a refractory ceramic pot, put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for a few minutes.
