It is necessary

  • -800 gr. lamb;
  • - 750 gr. frozen green beans;
  • - 2 tomatoes, 2 sweet peppers;
  • - 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic;
  • - flour, 1-2 tablespoons sour cream, 50g. butter;
  • - parsley, salt, pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Defrost the beans, peel, break the pods into several parts. Peel and cut onions into rings. Fry it until golden brown in butter. Cut the tomatoes into slices, and the bell peppers into rings.

Step 2

We wash the meat and cut it into cubes. Put it in a preheated pan and lightly brown without adding oil. Then we transfer to a pot and simmer with the addition of a small amount of water until soft. After that, add the beans, bell peppers and spices to the pot and simmer for another 15 minutes.

After this time, add the tomatoes and simmer for another 30 minutes. until the meat is tender.

Step 3

Dilute the flour to a homogeneous mass in sour cream and pour it into a pot with the finished dish. When serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs.
