Spring has come and everything has changed, including our menus. In the spring, you want something light and bright, so this dinner recipe will come in handy!
It is necessary
- Serves 4:
- - 4 chicken fillets;
- - 2 large red bell peppers;
- - 2 large oranges;
- - juice of one lemon;
- - 2 tbsp. soy sauce;
- - 1 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- - pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fillet into medium cubes. Pepper, pour with soy sauce and lemon juice and leave to marinate for half an hour.
Step 2
Cut the pepper into strips. Peel the oranges and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan (ideally in a wok), put the marinated fillet in it, fry for 5 - 7 minutes. Add bell pepper, after 5 minutes add oranges and keep on fire for another 5 minutes. Trying, perhaps adding more pepper and soy sauce to taste. Bon Appetit!
