- - chicken fillet 400 g;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;

- - oatmeal 0.5 cups;
- - paprika 1 teaspoon;
- - ground black pepper 1 teaspoon;
- - salt 1 teaspoon;
- - cottage cheese 50 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - vegetable oil;
- - garlic 2-3 cloves.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the chicken fillet and onions in a meat grinder. Garlic should be passed through a garlic press.
Step 2
Mix oatmeal with water, egg and cottage cheese. Stir and add the cooked spices to them. Then toss together with the minced chicken and onion.
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the formed small meatballs on it. They should be baked for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. The dish is ready!
Step 4
You can serve meatballs with boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes and boiled rice. For meatballs, you can offer cheese or sour cream sauce so that they are not dry. A salad made from fresh vegetables and herbs with vegetable oil is also perfect.
