Celery dishes are delicious, nutritious and healthy. It is worth learning how to cook them in order to diversify your menu.
- 2 small bunches of watercress,
- 1 head of celery
- 2 pcs. yellow bell peppers without seeds.
After washing and chopping all the ingredients, put in a juicer and survive the juice. Stir and drink immediately.
- 500 gr. fresh young beef,
- 2 p. water,
- 40 gr. salad celery,
- aromatic roots,
- 1 head of onion,
- salt and spices to taste.
In a deep saucepan of young beef, water, aromatic roots, onions, cook a clear broth. Put the washed and chopped celery 10-20 minutes until ready. When the broth is ready, you need to let it brew, and then strain through a napkin. Serve in broth bowls with white toasted bread.
- 2 stalks of celery with herbs,
- 2 tbsp. l. canned corn
- 1 small green apple,
- 2 slices of fat-free ham,
- mayonnaise to taste.
Chop all products into strips. Put everything in a deep salad bowl and put mayonnaise on the table before serving the salad with celery, mix thoroughly.
