Instructions

Step 1

For cooking, you must select only ripe and hard tomatoes, without any damage. They are carefully cut and all internal parts are removed: the juice is drained, the seeds and part of the pulp are cleaned. The pulp does not need to be thrown away, it is needed to prepare the filling.

Step 2

The celery is carefully cut into small pieces. Green leaves and harder parts of the plant are suitable for cooking. Pineapple is also diced. The pulp from the tomato is rubbed through a sieve. Then, all these ingredients are transferred into a small dish and mixed together.
