Green radish is a tasty and healthy product. The use of this vegetable helps to increase immunity, helps to eliminate salts of heavy metals and toxins, and to restore the body in case of dysbiosis. Most often, green radish is added to various salads.
Stuffed eggs
Delicious, beautiful and original appetizer will adorn any festive table. For cooking, take:
- chicken eggs;
- green radish;
- mayonnaise;
- sour cream;
- salt;
- ground black pepper.
The amount of all ingredients is adjusted according to taste.
First you need to rinse the eggs under running water and place them in boiling water. You need to cook for 5-7 minutes. Then transfer to cold water so that the shells come off easier when cleaning. Peeled eggs should be carefully cut lengthwise with a knife, getting two halves of the same size. Take out the yolk, and slightly cut each half on the "front" side, removing a thin rounded plate of protein, so that the dish lies better on the plate.
The radish must be washed, peeled and finely grated. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper, mix with mashed yolk. Stuff the eggs with the resulting filling, decorate with sprigs of greens if desired.
Radish salad with pumpkin
To prepare an original and delicious salad you will need:
- green radish - 200 g;
- sweet pumpkin - 200 g;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- liquid honey - 1 tsp;
- lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
- walnuts - to taste;
- honey - to taste.
First you need to rinse and peel the radish and pumpkin. Both ingredients should be grated on a coarse grater to make the salad soft and juicy. Pour the mixture of vegetables with the juice of half a lemon. Add vegetable oil (you can increase the amount to 2 tablespoons if you like fatter dressings), honey and mix thoroughly. Remove the salad in the refrigerator for half an hour, then stir again, transfer to a salad bowl and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Serve this salad right away.
Radish salad with avocado
For a light, tasty green radish salad, use the following ingredients to taste:
- green radish;
- Peking cabbage;
- sweet pepper;
- red onion;
- avocado;
- Apple;
- soft goat or sheep cheese;
- lemon juice;
- olive oil.
First you need to peel and cut the red onion into thin half rings and pour over it with olive oil and lemon juice. Peel the radish, grate on a coarse grater. Bell peppers and avocados should also be washed, peeled and cut into small pieces or small thin slices. Finely chop the goat or sheep cheese by hand or chop, and tear the Chinese cabbage into small pieces. In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients, season with salt or pepper if desired.
