To prepare a salad with green radish and zucchini, you will need the following simple ingredients in cooking - 300-400 g zucchini (young vegetables are best), 150-200 g fresh green radish, 0.5 onions, 2 tbsp. yogurt or sour cream, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, fresh herbs for garnish and salt.

Cut the zucchini into thin strips, then bake them or lightly fry them, rub the radish on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings. Put all these ingredients in a salad bowl, salt, season with soy sauce and yogurt, mix well. Garnish the vitamin and healthy salad with a sprig of fresh herbs before serving.

Another salad, which is also quite simple to prepare, includes the following products - 300-400 g of canned honey agarics, 1 radish, 2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt and curly parsley for decoration.

In this recipe, both olive and vegetable oil will look great.

Throw the canned mushrooms in a colander for 5-6 minutes so that the whole marinade can be drained from the honey agarics, and even better after that, dry them on a towel. Then place the mushrooms in a salad bowl. Rub the radish on a coarse grater and put in the same dish. Season these simple ingredients with salt, season with oil and mix well.

If you have fresh mushrooms at your disposal, then this is even better. But to prepare such mushrooms for salad, they need to be washed, peeled and fried in a pan for 4-5 minutes.

A real vitamin "bomb" can be a salad with the following ingredients - 2-3 medium-sized beets, 1 radish, 0.5 cups of pitted prunes, 3-4 tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper.

Beets can be boiled and baked. Whatever you like best. Then peel the vegetables and rub on a coarse grater. Do the same with the radish, then mark both ingredients in the same bowl. Pour the prunes with boiling water and let the dried fruits soften for 8-10 minutes. Then cut the prunes into small pieces and add them to the salad bowl with the beets and radishes. Season with salt, pepper, season with oil and serve.

Another insanely simple, but no less healthy dish is a radish salad with yogurt. To prepare 3-4 servings of it, take about 800 g of vegetables, 1-1, 5 cups of curdled milk, parsley and salt and pepper.

Everything is also very simple: grate the radish, chop the herbs and place in one cup, season with yogurt, salt and pepper. Mix well.

A rather interesting and original recipe is a radish salad with kvass. For him, take the following ingredients - 2 small radishes, 2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 150-200 g of croutons (preferably black bread), a bunch of green onions, 100-150 ml of kvass and salt.

In this recipe, salt is best added not to the salad itself, but to the croutons at the stage of frying in vegetable oil in a pan or in the oven.

Cut the onion into small rings, rub the radish, place the vegetables and herbs in a salad bowl. Add kvass and crackers to the container, then serve immediately until the latter are softened. This dish is an insanely delicious combination of salad and okroshka.
