Step 1

The first step is to take a sour apple and peel it. Peel the onions. Cut these two ingredients into small cubes.

Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil. Sprinkle chopped onion and apple, sauerkraut and marjoram on top of it. Fill it all with water and simmer.

Next, wash and peel the potatoes. Grate it on a coarse grater. Put potatoes with cabbage in a pan, add sour cream. Then add salt and black pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and simmer for another 20 minutes. Then remove from heat and set aside.

Wash the turkey fillet under running water and cut it into 3 cm cubes. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut it in half. Next, cut the bell pepper into cubes.

Heat the butter and fry the turkey pieces in it until golden brown. Add bell pepper in the process. Cook for 15 minutes with constant stirring. Add salt to taste and black pepper.

Step 6

Arrange ready-made stewed cabbage with pieces of turkey and bell pepper. Simmer all ingredients for another 10 minutes over low heat.

Step 7

Chop the parsley, onion and dill. Place ready-made goulash on plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs. To taste, you can add a couple of garlic cloves and a bay leaf to the dish.
