Turkey meat is very similar to chicken meat, but it is more tender and also cooks faster. I suggest you make turkey goulash. It goes well with pasta, rice and potatoes.
It is necessary
- - turkey fillet - 600 g;
- - sweet peppers (red and yellow) - 2 pcs;
- - onions - 2 pcs;
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
- - ground paprika - 1 teaspoon;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to chop onions and garlic. Cut the sweet peppers into cubes, just before you do this, cut the core out of them.
Step 2
The turkey meat must be cut into pieces, the size of which should be approximately 3x3 centimeters. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the chopped fillets in it for 5 minutes. Add salt and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Take another skillet and fry the chopped onions and garlic in it for 5 minutes. After the time has elapsed, add the peppers to this mixture and fry the vegetables for another 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Then pour 250 ml of water into the pan. Bring the resulting mass to a boil.
Step 4
Add fillets, paprika and tomato paste to the fried vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer over low heat and certainly under the lid for 7 minutes. Turkey goulash is ready!
