Rabbit meat is recommended by all nutritionists. Healthy, low in calories, and tasty when cooked properly. The stuffed rabbit will be an excellent table decoration for any holiday.
It is necessary
- - 1 carcass of a rabbit;
- - 1 glass of boiled rice;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 onions;
- - butter;
- - salt, pepper, spices to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rabbit carcass and pat dry with a tissue. Rub with salt, pepper and marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. The dishes must be closed.
Step 2
Cut the rabbit offal into cubes (lungs, heart, liver). Chop the onion into small strips. Add spices and seasonings to taste.
Step 3
Boil loose rice and hard-boiled eggs. Cut the eggs into cubes and mix everything, not forgetting to salt. Add giblets and onions to rice and eggs.
Step 4
Put the prepared mass neatly into the rabbit's belly and sew it with coarse thread. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, place the carcass on it and simmer in the oven for about an hour. Water it periodically with the resulting juice or water.
Step 5
Before serving, remove the thread, put minced meat in the center of the dish, and pieces of meat around the edges. Serve potatoes or vegetables as a side dish.
