Refreshing cucumber drink

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

- 1 liter of filtered or spring water;

- 1 large cucumber;

- 1 lemon;

- 20 cm of ginger;

- 30 g mint leaves.

Peel the ginger root and grate on a fine grater. Cut the cucumber and lemon into thin slices. Put everything in a jug, cover with water and add mint leaves. Close the vessel with a loose lid and refrigerate for 8-12 hours. This drink has not only a pleasant taste, but also a fat burning effect. Drink it daily and very soon you will noticeably lose weight and get rid of edema.

Cucumber lemonade

Ingredients (for 1-2 servings):

- 250 ml of water;

- 1 large cucumber;

- half an orange;

- half a lime;

- 3 tbsp. honey;

- 2 sprigs of rosemary.

Chill the water in the refrigerator. Cut the cucumber into random pieces and place in the blender bowl. Squeeze the orange and lime juices into it. Mash everything until smooth. Ingredients (for 2 servings):

- 400 ml of water;

- 2 cucumbers;

- 50 g of sugar.

Ingredients (for 3-4 servings):

- 5 cucumbers;

- 1 banana;

- 2 medium or 5-6 small apples;

- Leaves of lemon balm and parsley.
