Therefore, we recommend that you prepare such fish fillet sticks yourself, as well as a hot sauce, which is very simple, but at the same time suits them perfectly.

It is necessary

  • - 450 g fillet of white fish;
  • - 1 glass of wheat flour;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 1, 25 cups of matzo flour;
  • - vegetable oil, black pepper, salt.
  • For the sauce:
  • - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of chili sauce.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour wheat flour into a plate, add salt and pepper, mix dry ingredients. Pour the lightly beaten chicken eggs into a separate bowl. Add the matzo flour to another container.

Step 2

Cut the fish fillet into wide strips, dip each piece first on all sides in wheat flour, then in beaten eggs, and then in matzo flour.

Step 3

Heat vegetable oil in a large deep frying pan, put the resulting fish sticks in it, fry them on all sides until golden brown.

Step 4

Prepare a hot sauce, everything is very simple: in a small bowl, mix 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise with any hot chili sauce.

Step 5

Place the fish sticks on a serving dish, or place them on a paper towel first to get rid of excess fat. Serve the fish sticks with the hot sauce immediately while they are hot. Separately, you can prepare any vegetable salad, seasoned with vegetable or olive oil, and serve along with chopsticks - you get a light but hearty lunch or dinner. These fish sticks are also good as a snack.
