Fish sticks are an original and tasty dish. It is made from minced fish, which is carefully fried. The recipe for chopsticks is very simple, it does not take much time to prepare them. This delicacy can be served with potatoes, rice and other side dishes.

- fish fillet - 400-500 gr;
- milk - 1/5 cup;
- butter);
- egg - 1 pc;
- bread - 1 slice;
- semolina - 2 tbsp. l;
- seasoning (for fish);
- breadcrumbs;
- salt (to taste);
- pepper (to taste);
- dill (chopped).
Instructions
Step 1
Soak a slice of bread in milk.
Step 2
Pass the fish fillets through a meat grinder. If it is very watery, then it is better to squeeze it out.
Step 3
Squeeze the bread free of milk, then pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 4
Add the egg, finely chopped dill, semolina, seasonings, salt, pepper, oil to the resulting minced meat. Let it all sit for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Wet your hands with water and start sculpting sticks. Their shape should be approximately the same as you can see in this dish sold in the store: small, slightly flattened. Breaded the sticks well in breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Prepare a frying pan, add a little vegetable oil there, fry the sticks until a crust forms. They should take on a golden color.

Serve cold fish sticks to the table, you can decorate them with herbs.
