  • - 725 g of minced chicken;
  • - 265 g of granular cottage cheese;
  • - 155 g flour;
  • - salt pepper;
  • - 65 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 550 ml of milk;
  • - 65 ml of cream;
  • - 75 g of potato starch;
  • - 115 g of fresh dill;
  • - nutmeg.

Instructions

Step 1

Thoroughly mix cottage cheese with minced chicken, salt, add a little black pepper.

Step 2

Divide the resulting mass into eight equal parts and mold eight balls of the same size from them. After that, flatten them so that they resemble cutlets in shape. Then roll each cutlet thoroughly in flour.

Heat the sunflower oil and fry the resulting syrniki on it.

Step 4

To prepare the sauce, you need to take the starch and add it to the cream, stir well. Bring milk to a boil separately, add finely chopped dill and seasoning. After that, slowly pour the mixture of cream and starch into the milk, when the resulting sauce boils, you should reduce the heat and cook it for about 5 minutes.

Step 5

When serving, generously sprinkle each patty with milk sauce.
