- - ground nutmeg
- - ground black pepper

- - ground ginger
- - 80 g flour or bread crumbs

Instructions
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the squid carcasses. Wait for the skin to curl and remove quickly. Cut the squid into thin rings and brush liberally with lemon juice.

Prepare the breading mixture. In a separate bowl, combine salt, ground paprika, ground ginger and nutmeg. Mix the ingredients as thoroughly as possible.

If you are using bread crumbs, you do not need to mix them with spices. Flour is best combined with spicy ingredients.

Dip the squid rings in the breading mixture and place in a hot frying pan greased with olive oil or vegetable oil.
