Ingredients:

  • Squids - 1 kg
  • Chicken breast - 200-300 g;
  • Champignon mushrooms - 250 g;
  • Onion - 1 head;
  • Large carrots - 1 piece;
  • Hard cheese - 150 g;
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper and spices;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Greenery for decoration.

Preparation:

  1. First you need to prepare the squid. They need to be cleaned, gutted and cut into rings. You do not need to make thin rings. They should be about two centimeters wide.
  2. When the squid rings are ready, you can start preparing the filling. To do this, you need to take the pan deeper, heat it, pour vegetable oil into it. Finely chop the onion and fry in a skillet until golden brown. Then you need to add mushrooms to the onion, chopped finely enough, and fry them a little with onions.
  3. Next, you need to finely chop the chicken breast, put it on the mushrooms. Now we rub the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the pan. Salt, pepper and add spices to taste and mayonnaise. A couple more minutes and the filling is ready.
  4. Now you can stuff the squid. We take a baking sheet and put ring by ring on a baking sheet and fill each with a spoon with a filling. Once all the rings are filled, grate the cheese and sprinkle on top. It remains to send everything to the oven for 10-15 minutes. As soon as a golden crust appears, the squids are ready.
  5. Now you can put them on a dish, and sprinkle finely chopped greens on top of them. A tasty and not complicated dish for any feast is ready. It perfectly diversifies the usual menu.
