- a pack of cottage cheese;
- several chopped walnuts;
- half a tablespoon of odorless vegetable oil;
- fresh lemon;
- 3 tablespoons of sour milk;
- a bunch of parsley and green garlic;
- salt;
- and some ground pepper.
Strain the curdled milk through cheesecloth, mix it thoroughly with soft cottage cheese. Add seasoning. Squeeze a few tablespoons of lemon juice into the mixture, grate the peel on a fine grater and also send it to the cottage cheese.
Process the parsley and garlic. Wash them, peel if necessary and beat with a blender until they become soft and thick. Now it remains only to mix both parts of the snack until smooth.
