The main rules for the preparation of dietary low-calorie cheesecakes are to use low-fat cottage cheese and minimize the amount of sugar in the dough. It is also advisable to refuse to fry the curds in a pan with a lot of oil. Better to bake them in the oven, microwave, steam or in a non-stick dry dish.
Classic recipe
Ingredients:
- low-fat cottage cheese - 180-200 g;
- small oat bran - 1, 5-2 tbsp. l.;
- raw eggs - 2 pcs.;
- vegetable oil - no more than 1 tbsp. l.;
- any sweetener, vanilla to taste.
Preparation:
Send all low-fat cottage cheese to a deep bowl. Process it with a regular fork - stir, knead. If you want to get a more tender homogeneous dish without curd grains, you should use a sieve, rubbing through it the main ingredient of future cheesecakes.
Add dry ingredients, raw lightly beaten eggs to the curd. Mix everything well until smooth.

- low-fat cottage cheese (best of all - 1%) - half a kilo;
- sifted flour - 120-150 g;
- granulated sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;

It is very important to use exactly sweet carrots, otherwise the finished dish will turn out to be bland, because the main recipe includes only a minimum amount of granulated sugar.
Pour slightly beaten raw eggs into the curd-vegetable mass. Mix everything until smooth.
Pour dry ingredients last. Knead the dough. It is necessary to make it thick so that it is possible to form syrniki that are convenient for frying. You can also additionally roll each in flour. This will allow the treat to hold its shape better in the pan.
Fry curd cakes in a minimum amount of oil in a skillet on both sides until tender. Serve with breakfast or as a snack with natural fruit jam.

Ingredients:
- medium fat cottage cheese (2% is good) - 180-200 g;
- protein - from 1 egg;
- oat bran - 2 tbsp. l.;

Grind cottage cheese with two types of sugar in a large bowl. Send all the flour to the resulting mass at once. You can pour it into a bowl of sweet cottage cheese through a sieve immediately along with baking powder and salt.
Pour a whole raw egg into the future dough. Mix everything. Add dried fruits and crushed zest last. The raisins must first be poured with warm (but not hot!) Water and left in this form for about a quarter of an hour. The zest should be carefully removed from the orange with the finest grater, being careful not to touch the white, soft part of the fruit. Otherwise, ready-made syrniki can taste very bitter.
Beat the egg whites separately until frothy. This can be done easily and quickly even without using a mixer - with an ordinary fork. The main thing is that not a drop of yolk gets into the mass during separation. Send the whipped product to the rest of the ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with any fat, sprinkle with flour, shake off excess dry product. Put neat small curd cakes on it. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve the ready-made treat with orange juice. Perfectly complement them and syrup from any citrus.
Sugar and Butter Free Recipe
Ingredients:
- low-fat cottage cheese (no more than 8%) - half a kilo;
- egg yolks - 2 pcs.;
- vanilla powder - 1 small spoon.
Preparation:
Rub the milk product thoroughly through a sieve. This stage will allow you to prepare especially soft tender cheese cakes.
Combine cottage cheese with egg yolks. Mix very well. Add vanilla powder. It is important not to increase the amount of this ingredient stated in the recipe, otherwise the finished treat may taste bitter. Repeat mixing.

In a spacious bowl, combine the contents of a raw egg, crushed curd with a fork. Since PP syrniki are usually served with honey, no sugar is added to their composition. If a sweet addition is not planned when serving, then use any suitable sweetener to taste. The best is a dry sweetener.
Add coconut oil and rice flour last. Mix everything. Fry curds in a dry frying pan with a non-stick layer. The first side is under the lid, the second is without it.
Steam syrniki

If the mass turns out to be watery, you should not increase the amount of flour in it. It is better to fill small silicone molds with text and also place them on the grid of the steamer / multicooker.
