Scroll through a meat grinder with a fine grid, together with a peeled onion, a pound of dietary meat, for example, chicken breast or rabbit without skin. Salt the minced meat to taste and stir. Put in a deep saucepan and, grabbing in portions, beat off 10-12 times - then the cutlets will be fluffy, airy.

Moisten your hands with vegetable oil, sprinkle the board with sifted wheat flour and mold the cutlets. Pour water into the multicooker container. Grease the wire rack with vegetable oil, put the cutlets on it and cook in the "Steam cooking" mode for half an hour.

Stewed river fish with cauliflower in a slow cooker

Take a kilogram of any river fish, such as pike perch or pike. Gut the carcasses, clean out, chop off the tails and heads, drain and cut into large pieces. Disassemble half a fork of cauliflower into inflorescences, peel and finely chop the onion head.

Wash and dry red bell peppers and large carrots. Remove the seeds from the pod, peel the carrot, then cut the vegetables into thin strips.

Put a tablespoon of butter in the multicooker bowl with the “Fry” mode set. When it is melted, sauté the onion for 4 minutes. Combine with carrots, after 4 minutes put potatoes and pumpkin in a bowl.

Pour 900 ml of milk over the vegetables, salt to taste and set the multicooker to the "Stew" mode. For a delicious and satisfying stew in a slow cooker, you can use any vegetables that are at hand. For example, take 200 grams:

  • zucchini;
  • eggplant;
  • red onions;
  • tomatoes;
  • carrots.

If the dietary menu allows, add a couple of cloves of garlic and chop finely. Boil whole carrots. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes, then remove the skin and scroll in a blender until puree.

Wash the rest of the vegetables well, peel, cut into cubes. Eggplants, to remove the bitterness, rub with salt and let sit for 15 minutes, then rinse in cold running water. Set the "Fry" mode in a slow cooker, pour a couple of tablespoons of refined vegetable oil into the bowl and place zucchini, eggplant, onion, and garlic in it. Fry for 15 minutes.

Add the tomato mass, chopped boiled carrots in large pieces and salt everything to taste. Switch the microwave to the "Stew" mode and cook the vegetable stew for another 40 minutes. It turned out to be an independent dish that can also be used as a side dish for meat or fish.

Wash a pound of turkey, dry and cut into thin strips. Wash herbs and vegetables:

  • a couple of onions;
  • small zucchini;
  • 3 carrots;
  • 4 tomatoes;
  • 200 grams of cauliflower;
  • a pound of potatoes;
  • 3 bell peppers of different colors;
  • a bunch of dill.

Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences, free the pods from seeds, partitions and stalks. Peel carrots, potatoes. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and quickly peel them off. Chop all vegetables.

Set the multicooker to the "Fry" mode and sauté the meat in vegetable oil until a golden hue appears. Mix with vegetables, fry for another 5 minutes, then switch the multicooker to the "Stew" mode. Pour in 0.5 cups of broth or water and cook for an hour. Serve with chopped dill. If the diet excludes everything fried, the browning stage can be skipped.

Chicken breast with bell pepper in a slow cooker

Wash a pound of chicken fillet, cut into slices, pour cold water in a multicooker bowl. Cook on the "Fry" mode for 20 minutes. Wash a pod of sweet pepper, peel from the stalk, partitions, seeds and cut into cubes. Place in broth when meat turns white.

After 2-3 minutes, add the peeled and cut red onion into thin rings. Mix everything, pour in 125 ml of natural yogurt and a teaspoon of soy sauce. Cook for another 15 minutes. Serve with chopped dill and parsley.

Omelet with mushrooms in a slow cooker

Peel a couple of large mushrooms, wash, cut into slices and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Throw in a colander. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.

Pour a little refined sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl, place mushrooms and onions on it, then sauté for 5 minutes while stirring in the "Fry" mode. Beat 3 eggs into a bowl, mix with half a glass of milk, salt to taste and beat with a broom.

Pour the resulting mixture into a multicooker bowl, mix with onions and mushrooms. Set the "Soup" mode and cook covered for 15 minutes. 5-6 minutes before the end of the program, sprinkle the egg-milk mixture with grated cheese. Open the lid at the end of cooking. Sort out a glass of buckwheat, rinse well in running water and transfer to the multicooker bowl. Add 0.5 teaspoon of table salt, then pour two glasses of water and put 30 grams of butter in it.

Beat a raw egg into a separate bowl, add salt to taste and beat with a broom. Combine with minced meat, knead. Put in a bowl, cover with cling film and send to the refrigerator compartment for 15-20 minutes. If the minced meat turns out to be thin, you can thicken it with bread crumbs.

Set the "Soup" hour mode on the multicooker, put 200 grams of washed and chopped chicken breast into the bowl. After boiling, drain the broth and pour boiling water over the meat. Close the lid. While the chicken is cooking, rinse all the vegetables for the soup:

  • onion head;
  • 100 gram pumpkin slice
  • 100 grams of celery root;
  • 300 grams of broccoli;
  • one carrot.

Peel and cut vegetables into thin strips, add to chicken broth. Add table salt to taste. When the “Soup” program ends, you can immediately serve the hot dish to the table, or first place all the ingredients in the blender bowl and scroll through the puree.

Baked apples with cottage cheese and dried fruits in a slow cooker

Wash 4 small sweet apples, cut off the tops and make depressions in the pulp. Rinse a few pitted prunes and a handful of raisins in running water. Pour boiling water over dried fruits and let soak for 10 minutes. Then put on a sieve and let the water drain.

Scroll half a glass of low-fat cottage cheese in a blender, adding granulated sugar and cinnamon to taste. Mix with dried fruits. Fill the prepared apples with the filling, cover with the cut tops and place in the multicooker bowl. Cook for half an hour in the "Baking" mode.

In a slow cooker, you can prepare a delicious and healthy dessert, unless, of course, the diet excludes baking completely. For this recipe, you need to pour boiling water over a glass of dried apricots in advance and soak for an hour.

Then pour 500 ml of fat-free kefir into a deep container, beat a raw egg into it and pour out a glass of instant oatmeal. Scroll everything in a blender and let stand for 30 minutes for the oatmeal to swell.

0, 5 teaspoons of baking soda extinguish with freshly squeezed lemon juice and pour into kefir, then add a pinch of cinnamon. Drain dried apricots in a colander, rinse, drain water and cut into pieces. Combine with batter for pie and stir well.

Grease a bowl of a multicooker with vegetable oil, then pour the dough into it and cook in the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes. Flip the diet pie over to the other side and bake for another 20 minutes. Turn off the multicooker and remove the dessert from the bowl after cooling completely.

If the diet does not exclude apple pie from the diet (for example, when losing weight), then these baked goods may well be considered dietary. Charlotte is made on the basis of oatmeal and coarse flour, instead of granulated sugar, a sweetener is used - stevia powder.
