Making muffins is very simple, but you also need to decorate beautifully finished baked goods. Delicate pink vanilla cream will help you with this - muffins will turn out to be bright, aromatic and appetizing.

- - 4 cups powdered sugar;

- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 3/4 cup flour with baking powder;
- - 3/4 cup milk;
- - 0.6 cups of wheat flour;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1, 5 tsp vanilla;
- - red food coloring.

Set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Place paper cups in muffin cups.

In a deep bowl, combine wheat flour with rye flour and baking powder. Whisk half the softened butter and sugar separately until creamy. Add eggs, beat again. Then add half the flour, half a glass of milk and 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla. Whisk, add remaining flour, stir again. The muffin dough is ready.

Fill paper molds 2/3 full with dough. Bake at the indicated temperature for 10-15 minutes. Then remove from the oven, leave to cool.

In a bowl, combine the remaining butter, milk, vanilla, and 2 cups of powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer until creamy, gradually add more powder to get an airy and light consistency. Add 1 drop of red food coloring and stir.
Step 5
Put the pink cream in a pastry bag, decorate the cooled muffins in the form of roses or something else (depending on what attachments you have for the pastry bag). Serve the rose cream muffins with the tea.
